Terry Hoffmann is a corporate & executive coach who specializes in partnering with healthcare executives, physicians, and other high achieving individuals and groups to maximize human performance. Terry attained a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology at Colorado State University and a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Florida. Her coach training has been through the Institute of Life coach training and she is certified by the International Coach Federation. Her 20 years experience working in healthcare and not-for-profits as a crisis worker, mental health counselor, manager, trainer, and coach have afforded her an insider’s perspective on today’s healthcare challenges. Terry’s warm, down-to-earth style along with her strengths-based focus creates a relaxed learning environment whereby executives and their teams can comfortably develop their skills, set goals, and achieve extraordinary results.

The underlying fundamental assumption from which all of my coaching work is based is that humans are naturally and genuinely brilliant, resourceful and capable.
